Medina Association of Congregational Christian Churches and Ministers Records 1927-1962

During the 1850s Congregational churches in Ohio formed various geographical associations. One of these was the Medina Association, which was organized in 1853. The original members included Litchfield Church, Chatham Church, Free Church-Medina, Free Church-York, and Lodi Church. The collection consists of annual reports, minutes, constitution, membership fees, directories of ministers and officers, card file of ministers, and miscellaneous ordination files of three ministers; Thomas Williams, Erwin A. Britton, and Lawrence P. Jewell.
